After reserving the matter for judgment, learned counsel for the petitioner informed that in pursuant to show-cause notice/Memo dated 09.05.2017, final order has been passed and aggrieved by the said final order, petitioner has filed fresh writ petition.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition and the same is liable to be dismissed as infructuous. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, it is open for the petitioner to raise all the contentions against the final order in the writ petition filed by him.

There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
