HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.27681 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the police authorities in interfering with the civil disputes and in threatening the petitioner and his family members to vacate the rented house bearing D.No.2-2A-7, 7th ward, Nidadavole.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that the 6th respondent-The Station House Officer, Nidadavole Police Station, did not send any constable to the rented house of the writ petitioner and did not harass the writ petitioner and his family members. The other allegations made by the writ petitioner were all denied. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
