Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development, Sri D.Ramesh, learned Standing Counsel for CRDA, and Sri G.Seshadri, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 3 respectively. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that, on the complaint made by the petitioner herein, the Commissioner, CRDA-second respondent herein issued notice on 02.08.2018 and that further action will be taken, strictly in accordance with law. Recording the above submission, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent Nos.1 to 3 herein to take appropriate action, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, after giving notice to all the stakeholders. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
