UMA DEVI CI VI L REVI SI ON PETI TI ON No.2039 of 2017 ORDER: (per Justice Sanjay Kumar) This civil revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution arises out of the order dated 20.03.2017 passed by the learned II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, in E.P.No.20 of 2013.

The petitioner is the third judgment debtor. By the order under revision, the Executing Court directed issuance of the sale proclamation proposing to hold the sale on 06.04.2017.

We are now informed by Sri L.Aravind Reddy, learned counsel for the decree holder/first respondent, that the sale held on 06.04.2017 did not fructify for want of bidders.

That being so, the order under revision has worked itself out. The civil revision petition is accordingly dismissed leaving all issues open and permitting the petitioner to avail appropriate remedies in accordance with law, as and when warranted, in future. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
