When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Mines and Geology, on instructions, that the Tractor and Trailer bearing Regn.Nos.AP-26TD-2302 and AP-26-TD-2303 have been produced before the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Sullurpet in C.C. No.224 of 2018.

Therefore, keeping it open for the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Sullurpet, for necessary relief under the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
