HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.8271 of 2018 ORDER :

The petitioner is A1 in Crime No.447 of 2018 on the file of the Vanasthalipuram Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, Rangareddy District.

Earlier the petitioner-A1 moved for regular bail application along with his father A2 in Crl.P.No.6797 of 2018. In said Criminal Petition, this Court while dismissing the bail application of petitioner granted regular bail to A2 by order dated 11.07.2018. Later the petitioner moved for regular bail in Crl.P.No.7380 of 2018, that was dismissed by this Court by order dated 24.07.2018 in clearly saying from the facts and circumstances of the case and as per the material, A1 not entitled to the concession of regular bail and there are no changed circumstances that could be made out to the earlier dismissal order in Crl.M.P.No.2241 of 2018 dated 13.06.2018. 3.

Even in the present bail application, undisputedly no changed circumstances worth mentioned in seeking bail. Thus, there is nothing to the entitlement of regular bail in this petition to consider. 4.

Having regard to the above, this Criminal Petition is dismissed. Any renewal of regular bail application request hereafter by the petitioner is only on completion of investigation and after filing of the final report, unless entitled to the default bail.
