THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI CONTEMPT CASE No.364 of 2015 ORDER:

Sri N.Madhava Rao, Advocate representing the counsel on record Sri J.Pradeep Kiran, submits that pending contempt case certain developments have taken place and the respondents have passed certain orders and now the petitioner herein has to question the same. Further, the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that in view of those developments, the present contempt case can be closed.

The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
