Crl.P.No.12593 of 2025 This matter is listed under the caption 'For Withdrawal' basing on the letter addressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. However, Mr. M. Ajay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently instead of requesting the Registry to post the matter 'For Admission', it was wrongly mentioned in the letter 'For Withdrawal' and the petitioner wants to continue the proceedings.

In view of the above said submission, delete the matter from the caption 'For Withdrawal' and post on 13.04.2026.

Registry is directed to comply with the order dated 25.09.2025 passed by this Court.
