This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the order, dated 10.04.2013, passed in I.A. No.14 of 2013 in R.C. No.28 of 2010, by the Principal Rent Controller-cum-XII Junior Civil Judge, Hyderabad, wherein, the petition filed under Section 2(ix) of the A.P. Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1960 and Rule 11 of Order VII of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (for short 'CPC') was dismissed.

As per the information received by this Court, R.C. No.28 of 2010 on the file of Principal Rent Controller, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, was dismissed for default on 04.06.2014 and the petition seeking to restore the said R.C. was also dismissed for default on 31.01.2017, as such, the petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
