This appeal is filed under Section 173 of Motor Vehicles Act assailing the judgment and decree dated 26.10.2016 passed in O.P.No.2586 of 2008 on the file of the Motor Vehicles Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-XV Additional Chief Judge-cum-I Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad.

Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal and a letter was also filed in the Registry to that effect. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Appeal shall stand closed.
