HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.35311 of 2016 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the 4th respondent to forward the NOC to the 2nd respondent in consequence of the proceedings of the Executive Engineer, GNSS Division, Tirupathi, dated 07-08-2015 for grant of quarry lease to the petitioner over an extent of 1.000 hector in Sy.Nos.231/3 and 233 Gap Area of Kammapalli Revenue village of Ravillavaripalli Gram Panchayat, Ramachandrapuram mandal, Chittoor district.

Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Mines and Geology for respondents 1 to 3 and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondent No.4.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue had placed on record the proceedings, dated 02-12-2016 of the Tahsildar, R.C. Puram addressed to the Assistant Director of Mines and Geology, Chottor. Inasmuch as the petitioner's request is only for a direction to the 4th respondent to act upon the letter of the Executive Engineer, GNSS Division, Tirupathi, dated 07-08-2015 and as per the said proceedings filed by the learned Government Pleader, the said action has

already been taken by the 4th respondent, the writ petition is liable to be closed.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed without expressing any opinion. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
