This petition is filed by the petitioners, who are not yet arrayed as accused, seeking for grant of anticipatory bail. 2.

Heard the counsel for the petitioners.

The counsel for the petitioners contends that the police are calling the petitioners. But the record does not any where disclose that there is any reason for the police to apprehend these petitioners.

Hence, finding that there is no apprehension for the arrest of the petitioners, this court opines that this petition is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
