HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.718 of 2015 ORDER :

Aggrieved by the order dated 30.03.2015 in Crl.MP.No.216 of 2014 in D.V.C.No.67 of 2014 passed by the XX Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Malkajgiri, the complainant filed this revision.

Heard both sides at length.

Undisputedly, the main D.V.C. case itself is disposed of. If at all anybody aggrieved among the two parties to the D.V.C. case, there is statutory remedy of appeal under Section 29 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 (for short 'the Act') to invoke including to raise this aspect therein. 4.

With the above said observations, the Criminal Revision Case is closed, as, at this stage, invoking Section 31 of the Act does not arise. However, this observation will not come in the way to enforce the final D.V.C. order.
