Auction proceedings dated 19.06.2009 issued by the 1st respondent proposing to auction the agricultural land belonging to the petitioner admeasuring 17 guntas in Sy.No.122/P2, and 23 guntas in Sy.No.122/P1 totally admeasuring Ac.1.00, situated in Pocharam Village, Ydpally Mandal, Nizamabad District, are challenged in this writ petition.

This Court while admitting the writ petition on 21.07.2009 directed the respondents may proceed with the auction, but not to finalize the same for a period of one week. Thereafter, the said interim order was not extended.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent that the interim order was granted only for a limited period of one week and thereafter, the auction was held on 20.07.2009 in which two persons were participated and the sale is also completed. In that view of the matter, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition as the writ petition itself is filed for a limited relief. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
