This petition is filed seeking for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners/ A1 to A3, in Crime No.94 of 2018 on the file of Madanapalli I Town Police Station, Chittoor District.

The offences alleged are under Sections 498A, 323 r/ w 34 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961. 2.

Heard the counsel for the petitioners and the Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

The counsel for the petitioners does not press upon the grant of anticipatory bail, but he requests the court to make an order to comply with the directions of the apex court in Crl.A.No.1265 of 2017 (SLP (Crl.) No.2013 of 2017 in Raj esh Sh ar m a & ot h er s v.

However, the Public Prosecutor reports that already the parties were referred to the legal services authority for consideration. 4.

Hence, this court opines that no further orders are required to be passed in this petition.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
