HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 27672 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Government Pleader for Revenue (TG).

2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not issuing the fresh title deed in favour of the petitioner including the cheque of Rs.4,000/ - under the Raithubandu scheme as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice. 3) The petitioner herein claims to be the owner and possessor of agricultural land admeasuring Ac.01.20 guntas in Sy.No.280/ AAa situated at Nagulapally Village, Faruqnagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy. As per the averments in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the said agricultural land was acquired by the petitioner through a registered sale deed dated 27.08.2015 from Kandi Satyanarayana for a valid consideration and thereafter the same was mutated in the name of the petitioner vide proceedings dated 13.11.

2015. It is said that though the Government of Telangana issued directions to the Revenue Authorities to issue fresh title deed in the place of old pattadar pass book and title deed along with a cheque for Rs.4,000/ - per acre as first instalment, the same is not complied with.

respondents herein, requesting to issue a new pattadar pass bookcum-title deed under Raithubandu scheme along with the cheque. It is said that though the application was made on 29.06.2018 till date no orders are passed by the Tahsildar.

4) Having regard to the above and with the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Faruqnagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, to pass appropriate orders on the representation, dated 29.06.2018, made by the petitioner seeking issuance of fresh pattadar pass book-cum-title deed in respect of the lands referred to above, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

5) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
