When the matter is taken up for hearing, Smt Madhavi, Iearned counsel representing Mr.V.Brahmaiah Chowdary, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the respondents implemented the order passed by this Court on 17.08.2015 in W.P.No.25O66 of 2015.

2. In view of the above submission, no furttrer adjudication is required.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to avail the remedies as available under law. No order as to costs.
