The petitioner challenged the order dated 17.03.2008 of the Project Director, District Women Development and Child Welfare Department, Mahabubnagar, whereby the fourth respondent was appointed as an Anganwadi Worker at Manigilla Village, Pedamandadi Mandal, Mahabubnagar District.

Ms.Pingali Lakshmi, learned counsel for the fourth respondent, states that her client thereafter demitted office as an Anganwadi Worker as she was appointed as a Teacher elsewhere.

In that view of the matter, the challenge in this writ petition does not survive for consideration on merits.
