The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents 2 and 3 - police authorities, are calling him to the police station at the instance of unofficial respondent No.4 and interfering with the civil dispute. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of Sub Inspector of Police, Vedayapalem Police Station, SPS Nellore District Urban Police, District, Tirupati, Stating that based on the complaint of the unofficial respondent No.4, Cr.No.231 of 2018 was registered and the eventually the same ended in compromise before the Lok Adalat vide award dated 08.09.2018. The allegation of the petitioner that respondents 2 and 3 are calling the petitioner to the police station at the instance of unofficial respondent No.4 and interfering with civil dispute, is denied.

Recording the above statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent - police not to interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioner, except in accordance with law. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs. -------------------------------------------- A.
