HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4055 OF 2015 ORDER:

Sri Mohammed Iqbal, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks an adjournment on the ground that they have no instructions from the petitioner. But, the communication from the Office of Additional Chief Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad is clear to the effect that the Appeal in R.A. No.152 of 2013 was disposed of on 23.12.2015.

The present Civil Revision Petition arises out of the order passed in I.A. No.131 of 2014 in R.A. No.152 of 2013. In fact, the present Civil Revision Petition was filed on 09.09.2015. In such an event, the present Civil Revision Petition becomes infructuous. Accordingly, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
