THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.12361 OF 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in P.R.C.No.12 of 2015 on the file of the II Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Kovvur, West Godavari District.

The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law including challenging of the orders, if any, passed by the learned Magistrate.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn as prayed for. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
