O R D E R

Alleging that respondents 3 and 4 - police authorities are not registering the crime against unofficial respondent No.6, based on the complaints of the petitioner dated 10.07.2018 and 13.08.2017, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that 4th respondent - Station House Officer received the representation of the petitioner through registered post, and the said representation was found to be addressed to the District Collector, West Godavari District and copy was marked to the 4th respondent, where she stated that she is in possession of the land in Sy.Nos.330/3 and 330/4, situated at Seetharamnagaram village, Kukunoor mandal, West Godavari District; that respondent No.

6, filed a petition before the 5th respondent - Sub Collector cum land Acquisition Officer, for Polavaram Project, West Godavari District in respect of the above said land; and that on 09.07.2018 and 10.07.2018, 6th respondent along with others entered into the lands of the petitioner and changed the features and erected fence, and threatened, abused and beat the petitioner and her son. The 4th respondent enquired into the said representation of the petitioner and it revealed that 5th respondent passed orders vide Roc.No.12/2017 dated 19.07.2018, holding that the land under Sy.Nos.

330/3 and 330/4, situated at Seetharamnagaram village, Kurknoor mandal, West Godavari Distarict is Government land, situated within FRL of Polavaram Irrigation Project and there was no eligible assignee or occupier in the land for payment of compensation in terms of G.O.Ms.No.259 Revenue (Assignment I) Department dated 21.06.2016. In the written instructions, it is further stated that the same was entered in the general diary and informed the petitioner through registered post. In the written instructions, the allegation of the petitioner that her complaint was not enquired into, is denied.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, did not dispute the statement in the written instructions.

Recording the statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedies available under law.
