In all these Writ Petitions, petitioners challenge the order of suspension of their Fair Price Shop dealership authorization. 3.

This Court granted interim suspension of the suspension of petitioners Fair Price Shop dealership authorization. 4.

When the matters are taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioners informs the Court that enquiry was conducted and final orders were passed restoring the authorization of the petitioners Fair Price Shop dealership imposing penalty of Rs.7,500/-.
