This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.299 of 2014 of Karimnagar Rural Police Station, Karimnagar District. 2.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 08.01.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the subject crime has been compromised by both parties before the Lok-Adalat on 30.10.2015.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
