This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.118 of 2013 on the file of the Medipally Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 3(i)(x) of S.Cs. & S.Ts. (PoA) Act.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor that the matter was referred as false and hence nothing survives for adjudication in the Criminal Petition.

Recording the above submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
