HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.39757 of 2016 ORDER:

The present writ petition is filed by the petitioners seeking to declare the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in not considering the complaints dated 28.05.2016 and 14.11.2016 and not providing police protection to implement the order, dated 30.01.2016, passed in I.A .No.7 of 2016 in SOP No.2 of 2016, by the III Additional District Judge, RR District at L.B. Nagar, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard and perused the material available on record. The grievance of the petitioners is that the 2nd petitioner made complaints on 28.05.2016 and 14.11.2016 before the 3rd respondent, complaining against the President and Secretary of the Hyderabad Cricket Association.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the 2nd petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court is inclined to pass the following order: The respondents 2 to 4 are directed to consider the representations, dated 28.05.2016 and 14.11.2016, submitted by the 2nd petitioner and take appropriate decision in accordance with law on or before 19.11.2016. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ______________ RAJA ELANGO, J November 17, 2016.
