The case status placed by the Registry before this Court reveals that the subject Suit in O.S.No.62 of 2012 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Wanaparthy, was disposed of on 09.04.2015 and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision petition, which is filed challenging an interlocutory order passed in the said Suit.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
