HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No.16476 of 2014 ORDER:

After hearing both sides, the following order is passed. Having regard to the prima facie accusation against the accused in the FIR, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. Hence, investigation shall go on. However, considering the submission of learned counsel for petitioner/A1 that the petitioner is a professor in ICFAI and arrest of the petitioner during the investigation will cause harm to his employment, the police of Begumpet WPS, Secunderabad are directed not to arrest the petitioner/A1 in Cr.No.201 of 2014 during the course of investigation. The petitioner is directed to cooperate with the Investigating Agency for smooth completion of investigation. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
