HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.20380 OF 2016 ORDER:

Petitioners filed the suit in OS.No.127 of 2014 against the unofficial respondents and others and in the suit petitioners filed IA.No.1396 of 2014 seeking ad-interim injunction restraining the respondents therein from alienating the suit schedule properties, and the trial Court granted Status Quo against respondents 5, 6 and 7 and the same was communicated to the 4th respondent. In spite of the same, the 4th respondent is proceeding with registration of the subject lands. Hence the present writ petition is filed.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the status quo granted by the Court below is extended until further orders. Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue and perused the material placed on record.

As long as the interim order granted by the Court below is operating against the unofficial respondents prohibiting them from alienating the suit schedule properties, it is needless to mention that the 4th respondent cannot entertain any document submitted by the respondents 5 to 7 for registration. In view of the same, respondents 3 and 4 are directed not to entertain any document as long as Status quo granted by the Court below in IA.No.1396 of 2014 is in force. However, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the matter as it is for the trial Court to decide the injunction petition on merits.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending shall stand closed.
