THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.23324 of 2014 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in issuing retirement notices is contrary to declaration made by the Hon'ble Chief Minister on the day of Swearing in Ceremony', as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to decide the petitioners age of superannuation as per the G.O., which is expected to be released very shortly in accordance with the declaration made on the day of Swearing in Ceremony.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the writ petition does not survive for consideration since the age of superannuation was extended by the employer.

3. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
