ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are working as NMRs and they are entitled for regularization of their services in terms of the judgment of the Apex Court in State of Karnataka vs. U.Uma Devi1 and that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by order dated 11.10.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.36805 of 2018. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents does not dispute the same.

Following the order dated 11.10.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.36805 of 2018, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners for regularization of their services in terms of the judgment of the Apex Court in State of Karnataka vs. U.Uma Devi2, and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
