CVNR, J & KVL, J WP.No.27677 of 2018 Dt: 07.08.2018 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "to issue writ or direction more particularly in the nature of writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce (1) Muppala Mallikarjuna, (2) D.Anil Kumar, (3) M.Sandeep and (4) Mahesh, residents of Nellore before this Court and set them at liberty." Nowhere in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition, the petitioner has explained as to how he is interested in the alleged detenus. Therefore, we are not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition, without the petitioner explaining his interest in the alleged detenus.
