HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT COMPANY APPLICATION No.435 OF 2016 IN COMPANY PETITION No.189 OF 2004 ORDER:

The official liquidator, through the instant application, under Section 462 of the Companies Act 1956 read with Rule 306 of the Company (Court) Rules, 1959, filed the half yearly accounts of M/s Samvidha Chit Fund (P) Ltd. (in liquidation) for the period from 01.10.2014 to 31.03.2015 along with the audited report of K B S & Associates dated 03.12.2015.

With the assistance of Sri M.Anil Kumar, learned counsel for Official Liquidator, I have perused the details of the audited report. The prayer is accepted. The accounts and the audited report are taken on file.

The application is ordered accordingly.
