ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to set aside memo, dated 19.09.2015, of respondent No.3, whereby he has rejected the petitioners' application for construction of compound wall and building. After arguing the case, Mr.S.Lakshmikanth, learned counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to his clients to file a fresh writ petition claiming appropriate relief. The request of the learned counsel for the petitioners is accepted. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.45664 of 2015 filed by the petitioners for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous. _________________________ C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J
