AMARNATH GOUD F.C.A.No.378 of 2018 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) The present appeal is filed against the order and decree dated 29.03.2018 passed in O.P.No.1780 of 2014 by the Judge, Additional Family Court, Hyderabad, whereby the learned Judge, while allowing the petition in part, directed the respondents to produce minor children, namely, K. Bhavesh Singh and K. Soham Singh, before the Superintendent of the Court on every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the English Calendar month from 2.00 to 4.00 PM., till the children attain majority, so as to enable the petitioner-father to spend time with them.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that as the petitioner is a private employee and Saturday being working day, there is difficulty for him to meet the children on Saturdays and therefore, he prayed that the petitioner may be allowed to meet his children on every Sunday. 3.

Keeping in view the welfare of the children and the legal right of the father, we hereby modify the order dated 29.03.2018 passed in O.P.No.1780 of 2014 by allowing the petitioner to meet his children on every 1st and 3rd Sunday from 2.00 to 4.00 PM and on every 2nd and 4th Sunday from 2.00 to 6.00 PM, of every month. We hereby make it clear that the petitioner shall collect the children from

SKK, J & TA, J F.C.A.No.378 of 2018 the residence of the respondents at 2.00 PM and drop them at the same place at 4.30 PM on every 1st and 3rd Sunday and 6.30 PM on every 2nd and 4th Sunday.

With the aforesaid direction, the appeal is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
