HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.27745 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the official respondents in not acting upon the representation made by the petitioner on 11.06.2018 and 18.07.2018. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on the complaint of the petitioner enquiry was conducted and action will be initiated. It is also stated that the 7th respondent had addressed a letter to the petitioner on 09.08.2018 through registered post stating to approach civil court or revenue authorities for necessary action. The same is disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent police to take action on the complaints of the petitioner dated 11.06.2018 and 18.07.2018, in accordance with the guidelines laid down by the Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttar Pradesh (2014) 2 SCC 1, if not already followed. No order as to costs.
