This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the Respondents in not giving power connection to the premises of the petitioner bearing No.5-39/5 in Plot Nos.87 and 96 situated at Darga Khalij Khar village, Kismatpur Gram Panchayat, Rajendranagar mandal, Ranga Reddy district.

In the counter affidavit deposed by 2nd respondent, it is averred that after sanction of meter on the application of the petitioner, Mr.Syed Khaja give a complaint objecting for release of power supply to the petitioner on the ground that the property belongs to him by producing a copy of Status quo order passed in O.S.No.1458 of 2008 on the file of Additional Senior Judge, Ranga Reddy district and therefore, taking note of the same, power supply was not provided. 3.

It seems from the counter affidavit, a civil dispute is pending between the parties. Therefore, it cannot be said that the respondents have acted illegally in denying power supply to the petitioner. 4.

For the aforesaid reasons, the writ petition is dismissed. It is always open to the petitioner to renew her request with the respondents if the dispute is settled in her favour. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
