Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for School Education for the State of Andhra Pradesh. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

The Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.3 in not considering the representation, dated 22.10.2016, made by the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, direct respondent No.3 to consider the same.

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation, dated 22.10.2016 made by the petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader submits that he has no objection for the same, provided the same is still pending consideration. 5.

Having regard to the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation, dated 22.10.2016, and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance
