HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.8279 of 2018 ORDER :

The petitioner is A1 among two accused in Crime No.320 of 2017 on the file of the Nagarkurnool Police Station, Mahabubnagar District. The crime is registered on 28.11.2017 for the offences punishable under Section 320, 201 r/w 120-B IPC, whereas the occurrence on 27.11.2017.

A perusal of the material on record particularly the remand report of A2 shows A1 & A2 are privy to continue their extra marital relation by eliminating the husband of A2 and by plastic surgery to the face of A1 to give a picture as if A1 is the deceased husband of A2. The petitioner went unsuccessful several times in seeking for regular bail. A perusal of the record from the investigation completed and the final report filed and pending for comittal proceedings no way entitled to the concession of bail by the petitioner.
