This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is filed by the petitioners/A2 and 43 to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.96 of 2023 J on the file of WPS-IT Corridor Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences under Section 49BA of IPC and I Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Since the subject complaint is outcome of differences between wife and husband and in-laws, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the criminal petition with a direction to the investigating officer in Crime No.96 of 2023 on the file of WPS-IT Corridor Police Station, Cyberabad, to conclude investigation without taking any coercive steps against the petitioners/A2 and A3.
