ORDER
This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioners/A.1 & A.2, seeking to quash the proceedings tn C.C.No.103 of 2012 on the file of the Vi lvletropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Medchal, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419,420,468, 471and 1208 of 1PC.

On 26,02.2021, as there was no representation for the petitioners/A.1 & A.2, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption 'For Orders'. Today, despite listing this matter under the caption 'For Orders', there is no representation For the petitioners/A.1 & A.2. Heard the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the 1't respondent-State and perused the record. 3.
The material placed on record reveals that a private complaint was filed by the de-Facfo complainant before the Court below, which was referred the police under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. for investigation. The police completed investigation and filed Final Report. A perusal of the Final Report reveals that there are allegations of cheating and personation against petitioner No.1/A.1. The main allegation against the petitioners/A.1 & A.2 is that the petitioner No.1/A.1 created bogus documents in the name of his wife, i.e., petitioner No.2/A.2 and both of them illegally trespassed into the land belonging to the de-facto complainant and abused him in filthy language, threatened him with dire consequences and made an attempt to manhandle him. The allegations levelled against the
petitioners/A,1 & A.2 do constitute offences punishable under Sections 4L9,420, 468, 477 and 1208 of IPC. Therefore, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings in the subject Calendar Case against the petitioners/A.1 & A.2 as prayed for. The Criminal Petition does not merit consideration and is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
