HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.21936 of 2006 ORDER:

Heard Ms.T.V.Sridevi, counsel for the petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent. The petitioner challenges Order No.1021/A1/05, dated 25.05.2006.

Through the order impugned in the writ petition, the petitioner, who was working as Anganwadi Worker, was placed under suspension. On 30.10.2006, the order impugned in the writ petition was suspended and the order reads thus:

"It is stated that after the petitioner was selected as Anganwadi Worker, the impugned order was passed removing her temporarily. It is further stated that though some allegations are made against the petitioner, no reference has been made in the impugned order with regard to any particular allegation and so far no enquiry has been conducted.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the persons who were working in P.W.D. Colony Centre and Janapadu Centre, and removed from services temporarily, have been reinstated, but the same relief has not been extended to the petitioner, who was working in S.T. Colony.

If no arrangement is made to S.T. Colony as on today, the impugned order stands suspended, pending further orders." The respondent has not filed counter-affidavit. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of by making the interim order final order in the writ petition. The respondent is not precluded to proceed further in

the matter if the circumstances warrant that the regular enquiry into the alleged misconduct of the petitioner is required. Writ petition is ordered with the above observation. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. __________________ S.V.BHATT,J Dt:14.09.2016 kdl
