HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No:34579 OF 2016 ORDER:

The present writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a direction to respondents Nos.2 and 3 to entertain the complaint of the petitioner dated 19.9.2016. 2.

The main grievance of the petitioner is that respondents Nos.2 and 3 are not entertaining the complaint dated 19.9.2016 filed by him. 3.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 4.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits, respondents Nos.2 and 3 are directed to register FIR, if any complaint was lodged by the petitioner as stated by him and if the said complaint discloses any cognizable offence ,and proceed in accordance with law. If the above respondents fail to register the case, the petitioner is at liberty to invoke the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure to seek his remedy before the appropriate forum.
