The grievance in this Writ Petition is that the 3rd respondent - Station House Officer, Sattenapalli Rural Police Station has not registered any crime on the complaint given by the petitioner on 04.08.2017 against Respondents 5 and 6, who allegedly have cheated him by receiving a sum of Rs.1,00,00,000/-. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home (Andhra Pradesh) has produced a copy of the general diary dated 07.08.2017 of Sattenapalli Rural Police Station wherein the complaint of the petitioner was entered. She further submits that the complaint of the petitioner would be inquired into and necessary steps would be taken.

Recording the said submission of the learned Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
