HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE J SREENIVAS RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.2167 OF 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Assistant Government Pleader for Tribal Welfare fairly submit that pursuant to the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.12351 of 2018 dated 24.04.2018, the respondent has already considered the representation submitted by the petitioner and passed a detailed speaking order vide proceedings No.TRICOR/B1/448/2018 dated 27.08.2018 and a copy of the said proceedings is enclosed along with the counter affidavit.

In view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
