O R D E R

Heard Sri Vedula Venkata Ramana, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Revenue and Sri S.Subba Reddy, learned counsel appearing for implead respondents.

All the counsel agreed for a direction to the 3rd respondent - Joint Collector to dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 23.08.2016 for mutation of his name in the revenue records in respect of the subject property, in accordance with law, after considering objections of unofficial respondents. Learned counsel for the implead respondents submitted that these respondents have filed objections before the 3rd respondent. In view of the same, writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 23.08.2016 for mutation of his name in the revenue records in respect of the subject property, by issuing notice and considering the objections raised by the implead respondents herein and after affording them opportunity of hearing; and take action in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
