THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.4866 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioner in S.C.No.745 of 2016 on the file of the Court of the I Special Sessions Judge, Atrocity against Women, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is accorded.

In the result, granting the liberty as prayed for, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
