O R D E R

Alleging that respondent No.3 - Station House Officer, Prathipadu Police Station, Guntur Urban District, is interfering with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and unofficial respondents 5 and 6, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of the Sub Divisional Police Officer, South-Division, Guntur Urban District, stating that unofficial respondent No.5, approached the 3rd respondent on 30.07.2018 and lodged a written complaint stating that the petitioner has beat and threatened him. But he did not disclose the civil dispute pending between them. The said complaint was entered in the general diary. As there was law and order problem at the disputed site, police constable was deputed to control the situation, and as the matter is of civil in nature, both the parties were advised to approach a competent civil court, for redressal of their grievance. The allegations of the petitioner that 3rd respondent is interfering with civil dispute, is denied.

Recording the above statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of.

It is needless to observe that 3rd respondent shall not interfere with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and unofficial respondents 5 and 6.
