OFFICE NOTE 10.11.2022 KS,J IA.No.1 OF 2022 (for being mentioned) This application is filed seeking permission to post this Criminal Petition under the caption 'for being mentioned' seeking correction in Criminal Petition No.9311 of 2022 dated 28.10.2022 and also to extend the time for surrender of petitioner-Accused No.2 before the Station House Officer, Shadnagar Police Station, Cyberabad. Learned Counsel for the petitioner-Accused No.2 submits that this Court on 28.10.2022 passed an order in Crl.Petition No.9311 of 2022 in which the crime number is mentioned as "705 of 2022" instead of "705 of 2021". In view of the aforesaid submission, Registry is directed to correct the crime number as "705 of 2021" instead of "705 of 2022" in the 4th line of 1st paragraph in the order.

Further, the petitioner-Accused No.2 is directed to surrender within ten days from the date of this order. Accordingly, the earlier order dt.28.10.2022 passed by this Court in Crl.Petition No.9311 of 2022 stands corrected with the above observation.
