Though the matter was listed on 11.06.2015, there was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner and therefore, the matter was directed to be posted after one week 'for dismissal'. When the matter was listed on 06.07.2015 'for dismissal', there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

Even today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. In view of the same, it is clear that the petitioner is not evincing any interest in prosecuting the case. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
